Does anyone have any idea the name of this edge connector and where I might get one from. The manufacture of the pcb told me it's called "Ossi Block" but I don't know where they get them from.

This is the Ossi Connectors website but I can't see anything like your example on there - it may be an obsolete or custom made connector. Contact Ossi and ask them.
