Hi all

I have ESC 4in1 that just gave up on me

i have checked CPU's and they still ok but when i plug battery in its dead

checked voltages but cant find data sheet for one component

there no burn marks or anything like that

i suspect is that this component is faulty but cant check without knowing what is it

by dimensions its looks like its SOT-89

Given that there is a diode and a capacitor nearby, I strongly suspect it is a voltage regulator.

So tested more and found that voltage is say 15v on diode entrance but on other side of the diode it drops to 3.5v?????

Is that real or diode gone????


UPDATE

removed regulator and it reads 15v on other side 100% regulator dead but how to find correct one ???
