Hi!
(First of all: I'm norwegian so excuse my french)

I'm new to timers and 555 etc, i've been searching the web all day to find the right solution for my project,
i'm now way past my bedtime and need some help:p

I need a time delay relay that doesen't turn on the delay function when it's connected to psu.
I want the delay to turn on when it's triggered briefly (0,5sec) by a microswitch.
I need adjustable time, from minimum 1 to 10 seconds.
Three of these timers (if they exist) will be connected to one motor, they will have two microswiches each,
and three different time settings. (the switches will never be triggered at the same time)
Operating voltage 4,5 - 6v

I've been searching to find a ready solution on Ebay, but the item descriptions on delay timers got me confused.
Can i find this on ebay? Or do i have to fire up the soldering station?

You can use a 555 monostable timer like this..

http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/NE555-delay-module-monostable-switch-delay-switch-delay-automobile-Project-/221539703192?hash=item3394cb9998:g:ifYAAOxyVLNS~C7s&_trkparms=pageci%3A64a9647e-3337-11e7-bb31-74dbd1806616%7Cparent253A14

You would need to remove the trigger pin2 capacitor, and put your microswitch in its place, also change the relay for a 6v one.
Thanks, I will try that
