I have a big problem... I'm trying to do one of my university projects - a CMOS comparator with hysteresis...i'm trying to find somewhere information how to calculate L and W of the transistors in my sheme and to run it with Cadence. The tech we're using is 0.35um... If someone has info that can help me i'll be very gratefull.
