Hi all, I am repairing my Samsung 32 inch LED/LCD TV which has a shorted diode in the power supply.
It is labelled LT2/36 and under that SB3/50. I can't seem to find reference to it anywhere. Would anyone be able to let me know what the replacement could be? I'm guessing it's a shottky diode but i'm only guessing.

Posting a photograph would be helpful.
Post a photo of the component.
Post a second photo of the whole board, or that portion of the board where the component is situated.

 

Ideally the model number of the TV or a photo of the diode and pcb please...

 

Hi, pics of the diode and the PCB, the diode goes to the left of the transformer where they are missing, the two diodes are in parallel.

 

As it's being used in a switchmode psu, it's a Shottky diode for the rectifier diodes. .

Thanks guys, I remembered I have some SB3100. Replaced both and it's working well.
