Can anyone tell me
what is the low AC voltage (12V - 30 V) analogue of TRIAC (used at 220V AC)
which can be used as a switch (having low resistance when switched ON) with a ON/OFF DC signal used for its switching.
I can use relays (electromagnetic switch which can provides low resistance when switched on) but is there any other alternative from semiconductors devices which can work in the similar way as a triac or relay( it should provide low resistance when switched ON).
