Hello can someone help me design a circuit that outputs the following graph.

The graph above requires only to have a 10k resistor, a ac source, a dc supply, and a 1n4001 silicon diode.

The graph above requires only to have a 1n4001 silicon diode, a 100k resistor, a 47 uF electrolytic capacitor, Dc supply, and a ac source.

both requires multism software to produce the graph.
CH1 is the input while the CH2 is the ouput

 

The 1N4001 is used as a mains frequency recifier at 50Hz or 60Hz. It is too slow to rectify 5kHz. Multisim software probably doesn't know about this.
