This is switching power supply fets. on the board it is written Q1 Q2

The parts could be IRF640's.
The code HX640 will not give you a correct answer, as it leads to some FPGA chips.

ya ,this 640 leads to some fpga chips ...cannot lead to mosfet most probably..
