Hello everyone I am new here and I am trying to identify this circuit board. It is from David Clark head set charget Model number A99-04CRG. The copper pins have broken off so I am trying to buy a new board to insert into the charger.

 

That is probably a custom made board for that specific device. Only the manufacturer would have a replacement, and I doubt they would sell those individually, they rather sell a new charger.
If you can identify the actual contact pin device, it might be possible to replace those, but you would need to find a manufacturer name and/or part number on those (J5?/J2)
