Help identifying 3BG Z1056 component

I think its a bipolar zenar diode for overcurrent the fuse blew when a few caps leaked off a sister board. It looks like a standard axial diode with no polarity marking I had someone replace the caps on that sister board but now I found this. The fact that it's on a connector like this means it's meant to blow and be replaced easily. It's for a 90s Era pachinko machine. Fed by a 24 ac transformer

Just a large S or 5 then 3BG Z1056. I tested it and both ways shows open so if it is a diode it's bad. It seems to be part of some over current protection.

I need to find a replacement can someone help me locate one or at least the specs or similar one that will work?
