The two circular black objects ?
There is no SMT solder track so they almost appear to be cushion pads?

 

Before replacing the Q2 transistor and U4 chip, I'd be looking for the source of failure. Starting with their voltage source. The Q2 transistor has some etching on it that cannot be read in the picture.

 

I don't see the "2 components" identified??
