Help identify an SMD component

Hi
I am having trouble identifying component in this circuit. I suspect this is a diode. This is on the Harman Logic 7 amplifier motherboard.

The SMD code V equates to ESDAVLC12‑1BV2. This is a TVS protection diode and is readily available from Mouser. See the link below:
