Hi guys, i'm trying to identify a smd mark from a 6 pin smd. I know it is a n-channel mosfet but thr marking code is confusing. Maybe some of you can help. I have attached a picture of the smd part and thr electrical diagram. The mosfet is is one connected to the point 4P in the diagram.

Bet the car is a Zx, it's probably an inhouse one made for them, here is a Sot23 type that would do the job. ..

Many thanks. Well, It is a sot23-6 (6 pins instead of 3) and the Car is a Mazda CX5. This one may solve the problem (AO6402A) but i'm not 100% sure.
