I looking 2SC9018/CS9018 SPice Model to run simulation for my FM transmitter circuit. Where can I find these SPice Model or can replace by which transistor for simulation. Thanks.

You can find a 2 page datasheet at
USHA (India) Ltd.
but no spice models. Your best bet would be to substitute another NPN transistor with a similar GBW product and see what the simulator gives you.
