Does anybody know the capacitance and volt rating of the capacitor attached. Tried googling it with no success

 

0.65μF ±5% 1600V

0.65 is unusual and hence I could be wrong.

I'd say it was a 0.1 uF (u1) 5% (J) Epcos (TDK) metallized film cap. Guess the 1600 volts is correct, although I really don's see that one in the references I linked.

 

Ah! Didn't notice the U1.

Yes, I agree.
It is 0.1μF or 100nF.
That is more typical for AC line filter capacitors for RF suppression.
