We're not psychic. Since you have told us nothing about what you are building it's impossible to advise. Post a schematic.

That schematic shows clearly how the 74HC14's are connected. What part do you not understand? The power pins (7 and 14) are often not shown, because "everyone" knows what to do with them. Is that your question?

Pin 7 is ground (GND, digital ground) and pin 14 is poweer (Vcc). Note that digital ground is simply shown like this: upload_2015-5-5_7-7-36.png

Tesla coils are NOT for people who don't know basic electronics. Please reconsider this project. Perhaps try something different first to help teach yourself how basic circuits are built.

Trust me, this type of project is NOT for beginners. I have built several and it requires a LOT of research and math. You CAN NOT simply follow a schematic (if you even knew how to do that) and get one to work.
