Hi guys is there a way to connect a small device, such as a smartwatch, to some other that has an HDMI or VGA input? I would like to mirror the tv screen on a small device, is it possible?

 

Unless the device has built in video out, no!
If you are desperate, sit it in front of a camera with suitable close macro lens.

Assuming your device has screen mirroring capabilities, you can try a Google Chromecast (a small WiFi fob that plugs into a tv HDMI port to allow a dumb tv to work like a smart tv.

Otherwise, you can look into a "raspberry pi" with a WiFi module. If your skills in Linux exist, you'll be able to follow some videos to set one up. The YouTube video shows how to do it with an android phone (sending the android phone image to the tv connected to the raspberry pi.
