Yes, there is regular and high-speed type HDMI cable.

The Amazon cable is Category 1 so it is a standard cable, not high-speed.

Do not buy this cable. HDMI is a standard as previously stated and the only thing that should affect it is length. All HDMI cables handle "all" the mandatory features of HDMI (ethernet is optional). The difference is the bandwidth the cable will properly support at a given length before signal attenuation causes issues.
As for the cable you are looking at, AWM stands for Appliance Wiring Material and is not exactly the material that good HDMI cables are made of. As for the rest of the description, good luck deciphering it. Amazon - buyer beware!
