A recent poster claiming to be from China said that the government blocks websites outside of china. How are you able to access this site?

Facebook,twitter,YouTube ,are all blocked. AOL,LinkedIn and some other life site are ok,such as pregnancy site.
This site, all ok, accosionaly slow

Most forum sites are blocked at work except aac. It must get under the radar somehow.

I am indulged in kinds of sites, so its necessary to block some for me.

 

Facebook,twitter,YouTube ,are all blocked. AOL,LinkedIn and some other life site are ok,such as pregnancy site.

Is it tru like in Quatar and other ME countries they actually sell blackmarket disc's that bypass the gov sanctions? Just wondering if this was still real and really happening. Back in the early 2000's they did this.

It probably has to do with our stance on politics, and the fact we teach technology. For a country on the go it is a winner.

Yah if I was admin I woulda block forum.*. I had to admin a bunch of call center loosers and blocked em from Myspace one day and everyone threw a fit. Then they were all fine with it. I put in a spy program to monitor their computers while they were working and found out the lil bastards were using www.myspace.me or www.facebook.ca
Oh that pissed me off so bad I locked all their computers from internet period.
