This Samsung eco-bubble front-load washing machine has been going out of control for around one year since very beginning of issue

The starting issue is Power switch cannot or very rarely works, so if it's being ON cannot or can very hardly get shut down and vice versa
But after that's been replaced and worked turning ON/OFF normally the electronic control problems else proliferated up to now;
the eco-bubble feature keep being ON, ie. activated (recognized, confirmed by its noisy sound) no matter on what condition it's being,
even worse further, now if the washer being turned OFF, so it would get off presumably indicated mainly by its control panel goes off, but then the washer eco-bubble keep being ON and keeps sounding its noise !
Only after it's disconnected to power, here the stabilizer PS is turned OFF (might be same to getting unplugged), then the washer would get shutdown
This's ~17 years old product so still the non-inverter type washer but has had smartphone/Android remote monitor/control feature

So one has gone through such issue or know what actually the faulty mechanism is, out of the correct, normal working one, so to sincerely share it and help me out ?

the panel PCB barcode label has mark code on top;

A 17 year old consumer product definitely has reached its wear-out phase. It is actually surprising that it has lasted that long.

 

Power switch is likely membrane type and after years of use button is sunk (making contact all the time) or some moisture found its way in. either way that would be the likely reasons it did not work. chances are same is happening with the other buttons.
