This did not work because the SG3525 is current sensing, I was on the wrong track, I have now concluded building this without the 1uF MKP was a mistake and have removed it for now. I am back to the original design.
UpDate, I started over, no longer using strip board, just copper padded breadboard.

I have re-aranged the GDT and Control Chip putting them inline with the Power FETS, less chance of parasitics.

The GDT is now a center tap (4 windings 1/1 at 14 turns 22g.) instead of the Authors 3 windings. I will attempt a push pull tapping the center to the 12v rail. I will pull out the diodes, but leaving the Zeners.

I will be driving the GDT as if driving the Power Mos's directly. I don't know if I should leave the MKP in or out or just add another one, on the second winding of the primary?
This is the config of the new GDT...

This layout will not work with my circuit the SG3525 is current driven and will not require a center tap GDT.

So, before I go onto build another disaster, I will show the LT Spice model of the one I want to build. I don't know how to make it run or if it will run?

Edit: Update, I was successful in building a LTspice Simulation with the help of Sergeantwokie and his work on the SG3525.

Here is my project which I will finalize on Electro-Tech-Online.com. I was able to get High voltage out of the Flyback and will be attempting a build without the MKP, although I'm planning to design this a little different after establishing audio in the Plasma Arc. I will be doing a design "Manhattan Style" and not Perf or Strip Board.
