H bridge IR2301 @ IRF540N

What is the low side on the IR2301 and can the high and low driver a h bridge? If it interests you an arduino is going to produce the signal to drive the H bridge. Is there something that I am missing and do I need to use 2 IR2301's for the bridge to work?
