We don’t know with the little information provided.
Where is the transmitter?
Are the batteries good?
Maybe something is broken?

The photo of the RC receiver board. Is this correct?
PCB reads 49M HD706R
on off switch
antenna wire white
a tunable inductor
red and black wires going somewhere. maybe to a battery
There are connectors, where do they go?
What is on the back?

Not shown is the (remote control unit) transmitter, does it emit a signal?

Be reasonable. How can you expect strangers on the Internet to look at a picture of a circuit board with no obvious damage to be able to tell you why it stopped working? If I posted a picture of the inside of my toaster oven and asked you why it doesn't work anymore, would you think it reasonable of me to expect you to offer anything resembling a valid answer?

If you don't even know whether or not the batteries are good, then there's a fair chance that the problem is that you just ran it until the batteries are drained too far to continue operating. If they are rechargeable batteries, have you recharged them? If they are non-rechargeable, have you replaced them with new batteries?

Assuming that you have done the above, when it was working, was there a visible antenna sticking up out of it? If so, then the end of that wire needs to connect to it. If not, then that wire probably IS the antenna and that is not the problem (my guess is that the wire is the antenna).

What qualifies as "broke" in this case? When you turn the car on, does ANYTHING happen that would indicate that power is getting to anything? Does it make a noise? Do the wheels twitch? Do any lights come on or blink? Most RC toys give some indication that they have been turned on (but maybe yours doesn't -- there is NO way for us to guess whether it does or not), so if yours isn't doing that, then there maybe a bad battery (or a discharged battery -- you did charge the batteries and/or put in new batteries, right?), batteries installed incorrectly, a poor battery connections, a bad power switch, or a broken connection somewhere between the batteries, the switch, and the control board. Have you checked all of those things to eliminate them? If so, how did you do it?
