Wait, are you saying you put the ‘741s back in? I must have missed that.

As far as I can see, all five 741s were replaced with TL071 in DIP8 sockets. The crooked TL071 was reseated.

 

y' know I just watched someone do that on a youtube vid . resolder everything . will get right on that . I havent upgraded the op amps ... the new 'old ' ones are in . guess I will be buying them again . third time lucky.

Well, I’m struggling with this statement. Why the comment about the third try? Is someone suggesting changing out the TL071’s?

I had bought some 2 channel op amps at first by mistake . then I bought these 071's which you can see installed in their sockets .
