Hi guys i am new to electronics. Can you give me a hint about this card. I dont understand how do i program and i couldnt wake up display.

 

I thought that I had posted a comment about this one.
For starters, there is a 16 position connector with nothing connected to it. THAT may need some input.
Next, there is a whole processor board present, which probably needs to communicate with a data source to have something to display.
So the TS needs to locate a data sheet for the assembly.
All that I see is five wires to what might be an alternate power plus serial data port. How does the TS know what signals or voltages are required??
