I have bought a NEO-6M GPS module, and I came with two antennas, one is larger and the cable is longer than the other. What difference do they have? Which of them should I use?
My project is an alarm system (GPS + gprs + Arduino) when someone moves a beehive.

I would use the higher gain antenna, the bigger one.
You don't know the location of hive after it has been 'stolen', it maybe in a poor reception area.

What are you going to use to actually detect any hive movement, as its being 'stolen'.?
