Sorry, dude... but I'm still stuck into the arcade kind of games... like Pac-Man and Galaga (I'm not kidding, right now I have a crush on "Bomberman" :D )... so the immersive, story-like type of nowadays games (i.e. "Assassin's Creed") are completely alien to me...

But I'm interested in how this thread is going to evolve and see where it leads...

It didn’t seem to generate much interest, I’m going to have to investigate more and come back with my own ideas I guess, I thought for sure we would have more gamers.

If I had a large enough space for a games room it would have:

  1. full-sized pool table (for billiards)
  2. ping-pong table
  3. shuffleboard
  4. air hockey
  5. skittles
  6. darts
  7. bridge (cards) table
  8. Rummoli
  9. Catan

and maybe one pinball machine.

7-9 I have board games covered will work in my study / Library / now Game room. But I have a big TV in there and see it useful for gaming of a sort.
