Hello, I need to generate a 100nsec wide pulse with a 700mV positive pules and a -700mV negative pulse.

I had plans to use an LT1399 but the tON and tOff are too slow.

Can anyone suggest a solution please.

Thank you

You can try generating a 100ns pulse.
Generate a second 100ns pulse on the trailing edge of the first.
Combine the two in a difference amp or fast comparator circuit.

74LS123 can generate 60ns pulses. The challenge is creating the bipolar pulse.
Thank you very much. I will look into this device.

This signal will provide the Gen Locking to the SDI Camera.

Sounds like a Classroom assignment to me.
No details, no specifications, no purpose or objective.

Hello, haven't done analog design in a long time. I have been working with FPGA's for the last twenty years, so yes this a "classroom" assignment.
