Thanks for replying! Still does not work for me after correction. Could you please upload your file ? Did you measure power dissipation of nmosfet ? How nmosfet*1w and Ilim*1A is there ?

All I did was correct the typo and then run the sim as shown. Then you go to View/Spice Error Log and right-click on the data to plot it (below). To get the power and current shown, right-click on the plot name and add *1w, and left click on the horizontal values to add *1a (below):
