How can i get the negative part of the gate signal

i change the circuit but when it turns off it turn on again go to 5 v


and by lowering R10 to 30ohm is working but this will be too much power consumed from my gate drive chip,is there better way to fix it

 

There is no R10 and no MOSFET in your circuit
[EDIT] Correction that is so in the attached asc file but the png file shows a different circuit (which also has no MOSFET but does have an R10) but I hadn't spent much time with at as the bottom part of the circuit was cut off.

 

 

How can i get the negative part of the gate signal

The voltages on C4,5,8,9 already have a negative region.
Remove the diodes if you want to broaden the negative region.
Where are you getting the "gate signal"?
