Gate chrge is Qg = Kc * Cies * ( Vg(on) - Vg(off) ) but datasheet doesen't even list Kc there might be revisions to this datasheet but its already from the manufacturers website.

 

They give you the input capacitance -nearly 10,000 pf! If you can find the gate voltage you need you can get a good idea of the charge.

 

So the charge transfer to turn the device on and off is roughly Vge * C where Vge is the gate-emitter voltage when the transistor is on, and C is the input capacitance.

Thus you will need a healthy gate driver to turn that transistor rapidly on and off.
