Search FASTON. These look like the female part of FASTON connectors where the male part is spade shaped and simply pushes into the component in your photo. A very quick and reliable connector. I’ve not seen the female side being soldered to a board before - usually the wire has the female component crimped to it, with the male spade on the board. The curled edges grip the spade very effectively
They don't look like fuse holders to me, especially because they indicate connections to 2 different fuses. They look like female quick connect connectors that connect to spade connectors.
