I wish to start learning C++. I know the basics of C language. Many said C and C++ are similar. So please let me know if your have any tutorials to learn C++. Please suggest me some ebooks and books i can go through.. Thank you..

Would it be better to learn C before C++? I dont know either, but I will eventually start.
