Frequency Counter Using CD4510 & CD4511

I have made good progress with my ongoing frequency counter project. I am using
CD4510s and CD4511s since they latch the data. It has been a great learning experience
for a newbie. Since the CD4511s don't do ripple blanking, I added logic to handle that.

The counter control circuit isn't quite there yet. The RESET signal works in
that if I feed a signal of 5 Hz into pin# 15 of the "Units" CD4510, the circuit counts to "5"
and resets as it should. The STORE signal does not hold the display and so there is a lot of jitter.

I want to get this project done so any help would be greatly appreciated. Please see
the attachment for further details and a scope image of the control signals.
For this new version you need the store pulse to go Low briefly to store the count, then back High to latch it, so use the /Q, pin 7, output.
