I pity your neighbors and their poor houses.

 

if I didnt care about the neighbors houses, it would be something larger. but I am pretty sure I can detect and jam any of those things.

 

With a 10-15 minute flight time, the last thing you think about is to peek on someone's window!
I am annoyed every time I hear someone saying "ohh, so now you can spy on someone"... you know what? if you think that way... then you get a drone, and you spy on someone... as for me, I prefer to enjoy myself flying around in parks and see the scenary from above.

 

Since the last year, we are currently discharging lot of vessels with locomotives / wagons here in Buenos Aires.

Last time two guys with a quadracopter carrying a camera spent long time recording the operation mostly from above the holds and the pier.

I could watch some of the videos (in some of them I could recognize myself) but what surprised me was the distortion of the whole image, obviously related with the lenses or the camera. More noticieable as the camera was located higher.

Nice tool to get an unusual point of view.

 

It was because of the cheap camera and platform, along with inexperience of the system operator/maintainer.

You can get a lot more quality with simple, cheap tricks.

Oh great!, there is already a big concern that certain regulating bodies are going to get all fired up and start imposing all kind of regulations that will essentially cripple the ones that just that just want a fun operating 'copter machine.
And then spill over into the RC areas.
The idiots always spoil it for others.

I know... it takes only a few people to ruin the fun for everyone else! other examples are the guy(s) that fly their drone in (or close to) an airport!
