Hello! I have a broken instrumentcluster (IPC) from an Ford Mondeo MK4 (build 2008). The unit has display outages and i could narrow it down to be some mechanical issue, because if i wind the PCB or apply some pressure to parts of the board, it came up regulary.
After powering up, it always displays only the left half side
I resoldered all pins of the microprocessor on the backside of the board using hot air and for some small time it did work
But after a while it went back to the above issue.
Any expirience with this here? Maybe a haircut in one of the pcb lanes?
