I have got a battery without ground and i am trying to convert it to positive ground. Is it possible to do without discharging battery completely and charing it again?

Why? What do you expect gain by giving the system an earth ground referance on one rail?

 

i have got equipment which is working at -48 with return might be grounded to chassis, with due to that i believe my charger is giving positive ground alarm.

 

If the present system already has a ground connection then you cannot do this without removing the existing ground reference. To do so would result in a short circuit.

There is no Reference to ground for Battery or Charger. They are floating. Only the Equipment that we will connect to the breaker panel will have Return grounded to Chassis.
