Hello all! The other day I turned on py Pyle pt12050ch amp with nothing connected. There was a pop and electrical small. I opened it up to see charing beside the 200v caps and a cracked tyn825. I have a new scr on it way, but cant help wondering if the burn scr was the cause or result. Could a faulty scr cause that? The 2 200v caps are still good. Transformer checkout too. Thoughts?
