It looks like U5 - the Atmel chip.
You're going to have to create a schematic diagram to have any clue how to access the firmware, provided the manufacturer forgot to set the LOCK bits when the part was programmed. There is a very low order of probability for your chances of being able to access the firmware.

Thank you for the replay. Any suggestions where I can start from? I really need to try at least.

Start with the processor U5. On the PCB trace all the connections to see where they go. Pay particular attention to the pins that would be used to read and write the firmware.
