Ferrite Cores: Is AL value = 1/(Reluctance)?

Hi there!

I am reading a datasheet of PQ32/30 (from TDK company) below, and wonder how to use AL value to calculate flux flowing inside the core.
So, I did some proof in the attachment, and found that 1/(Total Reluctance of the Core) has the same unit as AL. So, are they the same? Could anyboydy confirm this?

Ps. In my future calculation, I am going to make a gap at the center of the core. So from the proof, Rwings should stay the same, while Rab will be a combination of Rgap and Rferrite. Is this so?
