I want to know that why we use ferrite bead at each and every supply rail for processor why not inductor.
Why we use inductor at the switching regulator output why not ferrite bead there?

What are the parameter need to take care for choosing in the inductor and ferrite bead ?

Ferrite beads use ferrite with large losses. This reduces the possibility of resonance (large losses or, which is also the lowest Q-factor). The throttle also tries to do with as little loss as possible.
