I think it's ok with the addition of BD140 for more power output

driver transducer power are you requiring,
depth of water are you planning to measure too.?

What is the application for the final project.?

I am building this circuit for simple experimentation and not for measuring water.
Maybe I shouldn't use a transducer at the output, but it's necessary.
I'm just experimenting.
