I need to replace a fan in a friend's wine cooler. It's a Ruilian 90x90x25mm, 12V case fan, which I can get for ~$15.

There are cheaper options, $5-10, out there that look like they would work, such as this one, this one, or this one and others.

I'm wondering what to buy.

There you can see that the one you show is the 2000 RPM version and has a flow capacity of 39 CFM.
from the three fans you show as alternative, only the last one shows the capacity of 30.5 CFM.

Thanks, I hadn't been able to find the CFM rating. This one looks interesting. Maybe quieter, and a nice warranty. I can just leave the tach signal unconnected, right? (The original fan is a 2-pin.)

 

The spec states a M.B. fan and the third wire is PWM rpm control, if left unconnected it runs flat out.

I think you were looking at the PWM model? The one I'm looking at is the F9 Pro which does not have PWM control. (3-wire). I think running flat out is fine for my application. That's what the old 2-wire fan did.

I'm a little confused because, I think, the NewEgg specs are wrong (it says the F9 PWM fan is 120mm, which is clearly wrong). The PWM model happens to be on sale $1 cheaper at NewEgg and I think it will run flat out with 100% 12V on the PWM pin. [update: The standard is 5V for the PWM signal, not 12V. Speed is proportional to duty cycle, so +5V 100% should give 100% fan speed.] Flat out according to Arctic appears to be the same flat out as the non-PWM model. Might as well buy the cheaper one?
