Hi i am required to do a simulation to show the turn off and turn on characteristics regarding BYT12P-1000. I was simulating it with the PSpice. However, i can't seems to get the similar results from the datasheet. Attached below is the schematic and the schematic from datasheet.

 

You need a switching voltage applied to the transistor input, to switch the transistor.
Your circuit just shows a DC condition.

Show the results of your simulation.
