FALCON DSO-050C5 CH1 Problem.

I own FALCON DSO-050C5, It suddenly caught channel 1 issue. it's working fine in channel 2, but gets sucked on 1% when switching to channel 1. Factory reset also doesn't resolve the issue.

PS. It's 3 years old. so I don't have company's support. :'(
