Alberto,

You need to embed the command in the tex-tags, i.e. [ tex ]\Omega[ /tex ] - without the spaces gives:

\(\Omega\)

\(\omega\)

\(\Omega\)

\(\pi\)

Circle surface = \(\ r^2\) x \(\pi\)

Cute! Tank you Dave.
No problem Alberto.

Just so you know, you can embed multiple commands in one tex-tag. For example, take the list in your opening post [ tex ]\alpha \eta \beta \Phi \pi \omega \Omega[ /tex ] without the spaces gives:

\(\alpha \eta \beta \Phi \pi \omega \Omega\)

Also to help you, on the toolbar you can see the Tex-editor button - Ʃ - just press that and you can see all manner of advanced Tex options. Finally, have a look at thatoneguy's excellent tutorial to see some of the stuff you can do.

Enjoy!
