Can anyone help me asnwer this question:
1. Which technology is suitable for this experiment and explain why.
2. How many PCB layer can be design by ExpressPCB?
3. Brief explain the process of generating two and more layer PCB using ExpressPCB?

1. Depends on the technology used in the design, simple Descrete components to micro-processor etc.
For design there is also free Kicad.
Max.

you can do surface mount and/or thru hole.
back when i used it , it was top and bottom layer only.
not sure what they have now.
if you plan to do much designing, it's cheaper in the long run to buy DipTrace and order boards direct from china.

For that matter, there's a free version of DipTrace.

I don't remember the requirements or limitations anymore - I know free is limited to hobby use, but I don't remember the other limitations. We use the paid version at work and I use the free version at home for hobby stuff.

express is all i used for 10 years.
haven't used it since i bought diptrace.
diptrace is faster, easier and generates gerbers which any one can use.
sorry i wasn't up to date.

1-cannot be answered as we do not know any details about this experiment being referenced.
2-By visiting the Express PCB website we can see mention to 2 and 4 layer.
3-The answer is covered here.. https://www.expresspcb.com/how-expresspcb-works/

You FAIL...
