A California cab driver knew something sounded fishy when his elderly passenger said she needed a ride to the bank to withdraw $25,000.
Rajbir Singh picked up a 92-year-old woman in Roseville, California, two weeks ago. When he started chatting with her, Singh said she told him she was about to withdraw the money to settle a debt with the IRS.
"He just stared at it in awe! He recognized another boy like him, smiling and laughing on a display at Target"
His quick recovery says tons about the safety features in the car's design... and about his unusual good luck.
https://www.infosecurity-magazine.com/news/fake-tech-support-company-dupes-40k/One man in the UK, who goes by the name "Jim Browning", decided to do something about it. He hacked into a call centre in India from where scammers target their victims.
Jim gained access to the recorded scam phone calls as well as CCTV footage exposing the scammers at work.
So why or how does it require someone posting something on YouTube to get the cops to do their job? Surely lots of people have filed complaints about this outfit and surely the police at some level have people that can do what "Jim" did, only do it legally. All that is required for evil to prevail is for good men to do nothing.

Perhaps the local cops are on the take or too lazy. Either way if it embarresses them to act then it's for the good.So why or how does it require someone posting something on YouTube to get the cops to do their job? PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — A team of retirees that scours the remote ravines and windswept plains of the Pacific Northwest for long-forgotten pioneer orchards has rediscovered 10 apple varieties that were believed to be extinct — the largest number ever unearthed in a single season by the nonprofit Lost Apple Project.
Know about it already but thanks.
