European look breaker boxes...

The answer has little to do with engineering, and everything to do with bureaucracy. Whilst EN60898 breakers will operate perfectly on 110V to 120V supplies anywhere in the world, the rules state: ”Purely CE-marked EN/IEC 60898 breakers are generally not permitted for fixed branch-circuit installations in the United States unless they are dual-certified and third-party listed to UL 489 by a recognized testing lab like UL”.
Different rules will probably apply if they are within equipment connected to the supply, rather than being installed as part of the supply. (I don’t know the technicalities, but rules for industrial supplies may differ from rules for domestic supplies)

The box on the right with the wiring exposed is certainly non-code-compliant!! At least, if any portion of the terminals are acessable to fingers. In addition, I see no entrance points nor any neutral side bus-bar with terminals. So that breaker panel, the one on the right, with all of those breaker, as shown, WOULD NOT EVEN WORK IN A US installation with AC mains power. It MIGHT be OK for a battery powered home with DC distribution. MAYBE. BUT it is not even usable in a normal residential application with 120 volt AC power from the mains distribution system.
That panel appears to be for a delta connected three phase system without a common connection.

I have typically used these such enclosures manuf. by Hammond Ltd.
The specs they typically cover are :-
  • UL 50 Type 1
  • CSA Type 1
  • Complies with
    • NEMA Type 1
    • IEC 60529, IP20
 
As for the box on the left - I have no guess other than it looks like a double throw breaker in a housing of some unknown size. The one on the right has a single throw 3 phase breaker at the top. It's wired to what looks like a triple throw breaker and its wires go down and out of the box. The rest of the breakers don't seem to go anywhere but in circles.

At the far right there's a double throw breaker with a blue wire going up to what looks like a very small bus bar. I'm thinking this isn't a real life situation but rather something someone used AI to generate. But I don't know!

Looks like poor AI to me because the wires in the box heading downwards towards the gland plate, don’t correspond to wires coming out of the bottom of the box.
BUT isn‘t the question about the type of breaker, not the wiring in this picture?
 
Posts #8 and #9 are certainly on point! Except for the three circuits to the far left, it does look very much like the AI is suffering from hallucinations! That does happen, which is why AI is not appropriate for a lot of design work.

No, Max! I am not being critical of you!! And since I am only aware of your username, what else could I do?? Mine is a bit closer. In addition, as I have stated a few times, my maind-reading ability is POOR!! Thus I have no clue as to what is in, or on, folks minds. So it is always a W.A.G.as to what folks are actually thinking. (I used an abberviation in deference to the moderators sensitivities.)
