Yep. That pretty well describes the usual level of effort you put into your "research". You find a 30-second video that shows someone demonstrating a fairly complex circuit that implements a UART that they have constructed and that only gives a partial schematic of how a 555 is configured to make the clock and a list of components but no schematic or description of the circuit and that somehow qualifies as your research into how Ethernet and USB work.

 

How can you get exact results after seeing this short video of only 30 seconds?

No the protocols are not even close. Answered. The video shows a hobbyist hack unrelated to any real UART, Ethernet, or USB implementation so trying to get anything useful from it would be futile.
